What does Roadmap to Growth mean?

The idea behind this theme is that everyone has their own path to leadership, but somehow, we all intersect. Delegates will be encouraged to think about their desired leadership destinations and the stops they've made along the way, with a focus on reflecting on their personal journey.

Registration

Registration will open on Friday, December 12 and will close Friday, January 30. Late registration will begin Saturday, January 31 and close Saturday, February 7 at 11:59 PM for an additional fee of $10 per delegate. The option to swap delegates will be open until Saturday, February 7th.​​​​​

 

We have a delegate cap of 5 per institution including an advisor; those wishing to bid for a conference may bring more if you reach out to RBC Conference Chair, Sam (ma_rbc@nacurh.org).

 

Alternate Delegates

If a delegate can no longer attend the conference and needs to be replaced by another delegate, the institution can communicate with conference staff at ma_rbc@nacurh.org until February 7th, 2026 to get updated materials for the new delegate.

What is covered by registration?

The registration fee covers housing from the time of check-in on Thursday, February 26 to the time of check-out on Sunday, March 1. Registration also includes meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Friday; Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday; Breakfast on Sunday), as well as all conference programming and activities. Breakfast is provided at the hotel.

Spirit Information

Information on conference spirit will be coming soon!

Photos can be submitted for spirit points in the conference Goosechase app. More information including how to join and participate, will be available in the Conference Discord.

Conference Information

Communications and Security

Discord will be utilized as the conference app for RBC 2026. It is highly recommended that all attendees join the Discord to receive all conference news and updates. All conference communication will be through Discord rather than email during the course of the conference.

 

Safety Information

Missouri State University Safety can be reached at 417-836-5509. In case of emergency, please contact 911. Blue Light stations are present throughout campus and can also be used to contact emergency services.

Housing & Check-In

Delegations will be housed at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Springfield, (2009 S. National Avenue Springfield MO 65804). Hotel rooms will either have one King or Queen Bed plus a sofa bed, or, two queen beds plus a sofa bed.

Linens and bedding are provided by the hotel

 

Check-In

Check-In for RBC 2026 will begin at 3:00 PM Thursday, February 26 in the hotel where volunteers and signage will direct you. Each delegation should send one advisor and their NCC (or equivalent) to retrieve keys and other conference materials for their delegation.

​Parking

Parking at the hotel is free. Missouri State University will be offering shuttle service to and from the hotel and the conference site. If your delegation is interested in parking on campus, you will be able to register your vehicle for a parking pass when completing registration. Parking at Missouri State University for the conference will be $6.50 and will be added to your registration fee.
