Welcome
We are so excited to welcome you to Washington University in St. Louis for RLC 2026! The theme of "Step Up to the Plate" connects our home of St. Louis (Go Cards!!) and passion for community and leadership.
Registration
Registration opens on 9/18 and closes on 10/16. Late Registration will be open after this from 10/17 to 10/23 with an additional fee of $10 per delegate.
To complete registration for RLC, the Institutional Registration form must be submitted and the Individual Registration form must be filled out for each delegate. Invoices will be sent out after registration is closed.
The institutional delegate cap is 10, including advisors. Institutions can list alternate delegates in the registration process if they wish to bring more than 10 delegates. Institutions who complete registration by October 16th will be notified by October 20th on whether there is space for the requested alternates.
Registration Cost
The cost of registration is $200 per delegate.
This price includes the registration cost, lunch and dinner on Saturday (breakfast is provided at Drury if you stay there), conference merch, all on and off-campus conference programs and activities, and transportation to and from Drury Plaza Hotel.
A Friday night dinner add-on is available for $12 per person.
Check in & Check Out
Conference Check in will take place on WashU's campus from 5:00pm - 6:15pm on Friday 11/6. Delegations may wish to check into their chosen housing accommodations prior to this.
All conference activities will culminate Saturday night. Sunday is designed as a travel day.

Educational sessions, or ed sessions are a key aspect of the Regional Leadership Conference. Attendees have the opportunity to share their knowledge of programming, advocacy, and leadership with others by presenting ed sessions and to learn from their peers by attending them. In order to gain voting rights in boardroom at conference, an institution must present one active or 3 passive ed sessions.

Hotel Information
Institutions are responsible for booking their housing. As a result, the price of housing will not be included in the registration cost. While we encourage institutions to stay at our preferred hotel (Drury Plaza Hotel) due to the discounted rate and amenities, institutions are free to explore other housing options.
Our housing block is with Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis Brentwood. It is located a 10 minute drive from campus and shuttles will be provided between Drury and WashU’s campus. Rooms are available at the discounted rate of $149 per room per night. Rooms with the hotel block will be available through 10/16 or when they have all been reserved. After this, institutions are still welcome to reserve rooms at Drury or elsewhere.
