Institutional Representatives

All institutions have what is known as a Moo Crew. The Moo Crew consists of the National Communications Coordinator (NCC), the Residence Hall Association (RHA) President, and the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) Representative. Moo Crews are also supported by a designated campus Advisor. Each member of the Moo Crew networks, votes on business, and gets the opportunity to participate in personal development. Below you can find a generalized list of common responsibilities for each role as well as regional contacts to assist any new representatives or advisors transitioning into their roles.

National Communications Coordinator (NCC)

Act as primary representative from institution in all business meetings and virtual chats
Manage affiliation status of institution
Chair institution delegation at each conference
Coordinate bidding for regional and national awards for RHA
Participate in task forces & committees
Support fellow NCCs & campus Moo Crew
Train & transition incoming NCC

RHA President

Act as representative from institution in all president meetings and virtual chats
Liaison between the institution's RHA and the other Presidents
Attend conference roundtable discussions and educational sessions for ideas on campus or organizational improvements
Participate in task forces & committees
Support fellow Presidents & campus Moo Crew
Train & transition incoming President

NRHH Representative

Act as primary representative from institution in all NRHH business meetings and virtual chats
Work with NCC to manage NRHH Chapter affiliation status of institution
Coordinate bidding for regional and national awards for NRHH
Participate in task forces & committees
Support fellow NRHH Reps & campus Moo Crew
Train & transition incoming NRHH Representative

Advisor

Assist NCC & NRHH Reps with institutional affiliation at the beginning of each semester
Assist NCC in planning conference registration, travel, & delegation meetings
Participate in Advisor Retention Training (ART)
Support fellow Advisors & campus Moo Crew
Train & transition incoming conference delegation & campus advisors
